05. Anecdote & Learning Moment: Irish Cheese Episode
Note: Dubliner (an Irish cheese) is one of my favorites, and I love Ireland, so with those points in the bag, let's look at this learning moment.
Another personal anecdote is this: someone I knew here in our sunny home city of San Diego came upon the wonders of Irish cheese (Dubliner, I believe) and special-ordered a pound to be shipped 8,000 miles to San Diego at great expense. He then discovered he could have bought the same cheese much more economically in a local supermarket. That story shows how much the world has changed in recent years, and we should adapt.
